Theoretical and experimental analysis of the process of discretization of cotton fiber in OE spinning

This article examines the influence of parameters coating teeth discrete drum on quality OE yarn. Based analysis conditions for retention fibers by covering drum, equations were obtained to determine angle inclination teeth. To effect yarn quality, experiments performed using Full Factor Experiments mathematical planning method, and a regression equation was each variable. As result, optimal values discretization spinning machine determined.
